Claim Policy
At Excel Shoes, we are committed to providing high-quality products. In the rare case that you encounter an issue with your purchase, you may file a claim under the following terms and conditions:
1. Eligibility for Claims
- Claims are valid only for manufacturing defects (e.g., sole separation, stitching faults, or material defects).
- The original invoice/receipt is mandatory for all claims.
2. Non-Claimable Issues
- Damage caused by misuse, rough handling, or lack of proper care.
- Normal wear and tear from regular use.
- Articles purchased on sale, discount, or clearance: Exchange will only be applicable as per company policy and processed at the current sale price.
- Damage caused by water, chemicals, or unauthorized alterations.
3. Claim Process
- Contact our Customer Service Team via WhatsApp, Helpline, or by visiting any Excel Shoes outlet.
- Share the invoice number, product pictures, and a brief description of the issue.
- The product will be reviewed and inspected by our Quality Assurance Team.
- If the claim is approved:
- Repair will be offered first (where possible).
- If repair is not possible, an exchange will be provided for the same article or a similar article of equal current sale price.
4. Important Notes
- All claims are subject to quality inspection and approval by Excel Shoes.
- The resolution process may take 7–10 working days after product submission.
- Refunds are not applicable under the claim policy.
