Claim Policy

At Excel Shoes, we are committed to providing high-quality products. In the rare case that you encounter an issue with your purchase, you may file a claim under the following terms and conditions:


1. Eligibility for Claims

  • Claims are valid only for manufacturing defects (e.g., sole separation, stitching faults, or material defects).
  • The original invoice/receipt is mandatory for all claims.

2. Non-Claimable Issues

  • Damage caused by misuse, rough handling, or lack of proper care.
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.
  • Articles purchased on sale, discount, or clearance: Exchange will only be applicable as per company policy and processed at the current sale price.
  • Damage caused by water, chemicals, or unauthorized alterations.

3. Claim Process

  1. Contact our Customer Service Team via WhatsApp, Helpline, or by visiting any Excel Shoes outlet.
  2. Share the invoice number, product pictures, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. The product will be reviewed and inspected by our Quality Assurance Team.
  4. If the claim is approved:
    • Repair will be offered first (where possible).
    • If repair is not possible, an exchange will be provided for the same article or a similar article of equal current sale price.

4. Important Notes

  • All claims are subject to quality inspection and approval by Excel Shoes.
  • The resolution process may take 7–10 working days after product submission.
  • Refunds are not applicable under the claim policy.
